Hybrid event – translation hub

Für ein internationales Hybrid-Event von Lyconet verantworteten wir das Management eines zentralisierten Live-Übersetzungshubs in Wien. Die Veranstaltung fand gleichzeitig vor Ort in Warschau und online weltweit statt. Von Wien aus koordinierten wir ein global agierendes Team professioneller Übersetzer:innen und Dolmetscher:innen, das das Event in zahlreiche Sprachen übertrug.

Zentraler Bestandteil des Projekts war die technische Umsetzung einer hochkomplexen Live-Übersetzungs- und Streaming-Infrastruktur. Die Übersetzungssignale wurden in Wien gebündelt, vervielfältigt und sowohl live in die Veranstaltungshalle in Krakau als auch als globaler Live-Stream ausgespielt. Teilnehmer:innen vor Ort nutzten Übersetzungsgeräte, während das internationale Publikum online in Echtzeit folgen konnte.

Das Hybrid-Event erreichte über 10.000 Live-Zuseher:innen in der Venue sowie mehr als 100.000 Zuschauer:innen weltweit im Stream. Unsere Verantwortung umfasste den vollständigen Betrieb der Übersetzungsdrehscheibe in Wien, inklusive technischer Koordination, Signalverteilung, Qualitätssicherung und reibungsloser internationaler Zusammenarbeit.

Dieses Projekt unterstreicht unsere umfassende Kompetenz in der Verbindung von Übersetzung, Eventmanagement und hybriden Eventformaten auf internationalem Top-Niveau.
